ArcticBreeze™ acts as a retail intermediary between the customer and the fulfilment supplier. We are a UK-based business.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our third-party supplier. ArcticBreeze™ cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier backlogs, international shipping routes, weather events, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for any delay in delivery.
Once an order is placed, the shipping process is managed entirely by our third-party fulfilment partner. We do not have the ability to intervene in, modify, or expedite individual shipments after dispatch.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect delivery address submitted by the customer, delays in delivery, or dissatisfaction with the product.

ArcticBreeze™ is not responsible for items that arrive damaged, are lost in transit, are stolen after delivery, or are delayed beyond estimated timeframes. As a dropshipping intermediary, we do not control the physical handling, packaging, or shipping of products. Responsibility for safe delivery lies with the third-party fulfilment supplier and the courier service they engage.

Any resolution offered in cases of damage is entirely at the discretion of ArcticBreeze™ and is not guaranteed. We make no warranties regarding replacement or compensation in these cases.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to screen calibration differences, manufacturing tolerances, or product updates by the supplier. ArcticBreeze™ is not liable for minor discrepancies between product listings and the physical item received.
Payment is processed via PayPal, a third-party payment processor. ArcticBreeze™ does not store your card details. By proceeding to payment, you agree to PayPal's own terms of service and privacy policy. The full order amount, including any selected delivery upgrade, is charged at the time of checkout. In the event of a payment dispute, we will cooperate with PayPal's dispute resolution process, however our no-refund policy remains applicable.
We collect the following personal data when you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.
Your delivery details are shared with our third-party fulfilment supplier for the purpose of dispatching your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
We may retain your email address to send you order confirmation communications via our email service provider (Brevo). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
