How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–4 weeks from your order date. We are a dropshipping business and your item is dispatched directly from our international fulfilment partner. If you need it sooner, you can select the Priority 2-Week Delivery option during checkout for an additional £7.00.

Does it actually cool the air or just blow it?

The ArcticBreeze™ uses evaporative cooling — it draws air over a water-soaked cooling element and produces a cool mist that genuinely lowers the temperature of the air it blows out. For maximum cooling, fill the tank with cold water and add a couple of ice cubes. It won't cool a large room like an A/C unit, but for personal desktop or bedside use, the difference is very noticeable.

Is it noisy?

On low speed, the ArcticBreeze™ operates below 30dB — quieter than a whispered conversation. On turbo mode it's slightly louder but still far quieter than a standard desk fan. The vast majority of customers say they sleep with it running without any issue.

What is your returns policy?

Due to our dropshipping model, we do not offer returns or refunds. As the product is shipped directly from our third-party fulfilment supplier, we are unable to accept returned goods. How do I power it?

The ArcticBreeze™ is powered via USB (5V / 2A). It works with any standard USB wall adapter, power bank, laptop, or USB hub. A USB cable is included. There is no built-in rechargeable battery — it must be plugged in during use.

Will it make everything damp?

No. The mist is very fine and evaporates almost instantly into the air. You may notice a very slight increase in humidity in a small enclosed space, but items directly in front of the cooler will not get wet. Most customers use it on their desk next to laptops and electronics without any issue.
